invites guests on a refined culinary journey between sea and sky. From its panoramic terrace overlooking the Mediterranean, discover a creative gastronomic cuisine inspired by the flavours of the Riviera and crafted with the finest seasonal, locally sourced ingredients.
Guided by the seasons and daily arrivals, the Chef curates a unique tasting experience to be discovered on the evening of your reservation, while tailoring the menu to individual preferences and dietary requirements.
Two tasting experiences are available:
• L’ Or Bleu Menu – 6 courses
• Signature Menu – 8 courses
