Michelin-starred L’Or Bleu invites guests on a refined culinary journey between sea and sky. From its panoramic terrace overlooking the Mediterranean, discover a creative gastronomic cuisine inspired by the flavours of the Riviera and crafted with the finest seasonal, locally sourced ingredients.
Guided by the seasons and daily arrivals, the Chef curates a unique tasting experience to be discovered on the evening of your reservation, while tailoring the menu to individual preferences and dietary requirements.
Two tasting experiences are available:
• L’ Or Bleu Menu – 6 courses
• Signature Menu – 8 courses
Open from Tuesday to Saturday from 7:00 PM, with an exceptional opening on Sunday, May 24th, 2026.

Under the direction of Chef Alain Montigny, L’Or Bleu celebrates the richness of the Provencal terroir, combining textures, aromas and colors in dishes that are both elegant and generous. Each dish is a tribute to the Mediterranean, reinterpreted with boldness and precision.
Fish from the fish market, noble meats, aromatic herbs from the Esterel mountains… each ingredient is carefully selected to guarantee impeccable quality.
