Information & Terms of Use

Validity & Usage

• Valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

• Redeemable for all services offered by the Resort, subject to availability and excluding special offers.

• Each gift voucher can be used once only.

• If the selected service is of a lower value, the remaining balance cannot be refunded or exchanged.The recipient may:• Add payment if the service exceeds the voucher amount,• Or waive the remaining balance if the chosen service is of lesser value.

General Conditions

• • Non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-extendable.
• • No cash value and non-transferable.

Reservations

To redeem a gift voucher, simply contact our Reservations Department (by phone or email) and provide the voucher number. It will serve as a guarantee and will be deducted directly from the final invoice for the stay or service.

We recommend booking several weeks in advance, especially during high season and weekends.

Modifications & Cancellations

Once a reservation has been confirmed, our standard terms and conditions apply.

• Cancellation more than 15 days before arrival:
  The gift voucher is released and may be used later within its validity period.

• Cancellation between 15 days and 72 hours before arrival:
  You may reschedule the stay up to 31 December of the current year.
  In the event of definitive cancellation, all deposit payments remain non-refundable in accordance with Article 1590 of the French Civil Code.

• Cancellation less than 72 hours before arrival or no-show:
  The gift voucher used as a guarantee is considered redeemed and cannot be reused.
