To celebrate Valentine’s Day, the Tiara Miramar Beach Resort invites you to enjoy a romantic and gourmet break at Bistrot M, facing the endless horizon of the Mediterranean Sea.

Designed by our Chef Alain Montigny, the menu specially created for this evening showcases exceptional ingredients and delicate pairings: golden scallops and vanilla pumpkin, duck foie gras enhanced by mango and Sichuan pepper, tarragon-rolled sea bass accompanied by a shellfish emulsion, followed by a light passion fruit and lime dessert.
