Nestled on the edge of a creek in Théoule-sur-Mer, the Tiara Miramar Beach Resort’s private beach reinvents its MoYa Beach Club with a fresh, sunny, gourmet menu, perfect for summer on the Côte d’Azur.
Mediterranean cuisine rooted in the seasons
The new menu focuses on local produce: daily-caught fish, seafood, plancha-grilled meats, fresh Mediterranean salads and light side dishes.
The chef also offers creative vegetarian options and desserts inspired by the sweetness of the South .
Casual dining
Lunch is served from 12 noon to 2:30 pm, in a relaxed, sandy ambience, ideal for a gourmet break overlooking the sea.
In the evening, from 7pm to 10pm, the terrace comes alive with a menu combining freshness and conviviality, perfect for dinners with friends or lovers.
