He/she will :

• Lead the pre-service briefing and pass on instructions in the absence of his/her superiors
• Intervene directly in one of the service activities in the event of occasional overload
• Prepare the seating plan
• Allocate room service tasks according to staff and foreseeable clientele
• Manage the cash register and cash receipts.
• Procurement and management of supplies required for service
• Ensure special services: banquet, buffet, …
• Inventory and distribution of daily and periodic tasks
